Reminder Systems

The practice offers a recall and Reminder System to facilitate your health needs and in addition participates in National Screening Reminder Systems namely Breast screen Registry, PAP smear registry, Familial cancer registry and the Australian Childhood Immunization Register. Patients who do not wish to avail themselves of these services are requested to inform the GP.

The practice is participating in the Electronic Health Initiative and patients are encouraged to register.

Interpreter / Hearing Impaired Services

For patients who are unable to communicate clearly with the GP and other staff, arrangements could be made through the:

  • National relay service - for patients who are deaf

  • Translation and Interpreter Service - for patients who speak languages other than English
